First workout completed…and I’m not dead

Well I did my first weight workout of 2009 tonight. Warmed up with a bit of stretching and a 10-minute run, then a series of free-weight exercises that I’ll do twice a week, increasing the weight each time, finishing off with a couple of ab exercises and a long hot shower :)) I know I’ll feel it in the morning! Off to eat now…
