Weight loss progress

Well, I’m dropping off a bit, over the past 5 weeks so I’ve lost a decent amount, about a pound a week, which is healthy… I’m not exercising hardly at all, but I am drinking a lot more water (one and a half to two liters a day) and I really think about what I eat. I’m trying to cut down on carbs by having just a bit of pasta or rice where I used to have quite a lot, and I’m having about the same amount of meat, veg and fruit that I’ve been eating before.
