New iPods cracked to connect to Linux machines

Well I didn’t think it would come this fast.

At least for now, buyers of the new iPods have the ability to use software other than iTunes to add music to and sync with the new range of iPods.

Y’know, I was almost seriously looking at getting a new iPod later this year, but they’ve turned into Microsoft. Microsoft is still Microsoft, but you know how ‘white is the new black’ got started with the iPods way back when? Well, Apple is the new Microsoft. And I’m not the only one who thinks so, even MacWorld says so, for Pete’s sake. The evidence is very compelling. Just look at the Zune: Microsoft’s attempt to once again take a bit of Apple’s market.
